As our school continues to grow, we are seeking a senior admissions professional to lead our parent journey and enrollment pipeline. The Role The Head of Admissions & Parent Experience will be responsible for the end-to-end admissions lifecycle at Beech Hall School Riyadh and for ensuring an outstanding experience for every family. This is a senior, school-based role focused on enrolment growth, family relationships, and service excellence, working in close partnership with the Group Marketing team to plan and collaborate to achieve objectives and hit targets. You will be the key point of contact for prospective families and a visible ambassador for the school. Key Responsibilities Admissions Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement a school-level admissions strategy aligned with enrolment and financial targets, including a strategy for new programme launches such as Sixth Form and specialist inclusion pathways (e.g., The Nest).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to co-develop campaigns and engage with prospective families.
  • Own and report on key admissions KPIs (enquiries, tours, applications, offers, acceptances, yield).
  • Lead and manage the Admissions team (e.g., registrar/admissions officer), setting high standards for professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for admissions performance at Beech Hall School Riyadh.
Parent Journey & Experience
  • Design and continuously improve the parent journey from first enquiry through to the first day of school and the early weeks of transition.
  • Creating a welcoming, responsive, and culturally sensitive experience for every family.
  • Leverage our unique parent spaces, such as our thriving Parent Café, to foster connection and belonging from the first visit.
Ensure all enquiries are handled promptly, personally, and sensitively, reflecting the school’s values and ethos. Oversee and refine:
  • School tours and visit experience
  • Follow-up communications
  • Offer and acceptance processes
  • Onboarding, induction, and welcome events
  • Maintain a visible, approachable presence for parents and prospective families, building long-term relationships that support both enrolment and retention.
Admissions Operations & Compliance
  • Manage admissions processes and policies in line with school regulations, group policies, and international best practices.
  • Coordinate assessments, interviews, and placement decisions with our senior leadership team to ensure right-fit placement for each student.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and effective communication with relevant internal teams (academic, finance, operations).
Data, Insight & Collaboration with Marketing
  • Implement and optimise CRM / admissions tools to track leads, stages, and parent interactions.
  • Analyse admissions data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to:
  • Provide regular insight into lead quality and sources.
  • Highlight priority year groups, segments, or nationalities where additional focus is needed.
  • Co-develop admissions-related communications (email journeys, FAQs, admissions guides).
Events & Community Engagement
  • Lead open days and admissions events, and co-design community workshops that build understanding of the school's key USPs and long-term trust.
  • Represent the school at education fairs and relevant community events.
  • Work with the Principal and staff to design parent workshops and community gatherings that build trust and loyalty.
Experience
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in school admissions or enrolment management, ideally within international or premium private schools.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership / head-of-function role with responsibility for teams and processes.
  • Proven track record in improving conversion rates, parent satisfaction, and admissions efficiency.
  • Experience in international and GCC/Middle East school settings is strongly preferred.
Regional & Cultural Fit
  • Strong understanding of local customs, family expectations, and cultural norms in Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
  • Confident in engaging with Western, Arab, and wider international families, adapting communication style accordingly.
  • Arabic language skills are a strong advantage; at a minimum, a willingness to learn key phrases and greetings is expected, and the ability to communicate respectfully across cultures is essential.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, Hospitality / Service Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong, service-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organised, with strong process and systems thinking; confident working with CRM tools and data.
  • Calm, professional, and empathetic when dealing with sensitive or high-stakes conversations.

The Role
We’re looking for a welcoming, organized, and proactive School Receptionist to be the face of our front desk. You will greet visitors, direct phone calls, and walk-in inquiries, coordinate appointments, and support daily administrative tasks. This role is front-facing and involves regular interaction with children, families, and staff. Confidence and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register visitors; manage ID badges and visitor logs in line with safeguarding protocols.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route messages promptly and accurately.
  • Manage the reception calendar: staff/parent appointments, room bookings, and meeting logistics.
  • Support attendance and student services (late passes, early dismissals, basic inquiries).
  • Prepare, format, and file documents, letters, and reports; maintain organized digital and paper records.
  • Coordinate deliveries, mail, courier services, and manage reception inventory.
  • Assist with school events, parent meetings, and daily operational communications.
  • Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and child-safeguarding standards at all times.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Saudi nationality.
  • Minimum 1 year in a receptionist/front desk or customer service role (preferably in education or corporate).
  • Professional fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written); clear, courteous communication.
  • Strong organization and time-management; able to prioritize and multitask under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service; warm, solutions-oriented demeanor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), email and calendar tools.
  • Comfortable creating and managing documents and spreadsheets; accurate data entry and filing.
  • Basic familiarity with phone systems, visitor management tools, and printers/scanners.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Comfortable and confident in a forward-facing, child-centered environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a school setting or with student information systems.
  • First-aid awareness and/or reception safety procedures.
  • Experience handling bilingual (Arabic/English) parent communications.
