It is my great privilege and joy to welcome you to Beech Hall School Riyadh.
Choosing a school is one of the most important decisions a family makes and here at BHSR, we take that responsibility to heart. As a school leader in Riyadh for over two decades, and as someone proudly rooted in both British and Arab cultures, I’ve seen first-hand the transformative power of education, not just for individuals, but for communities and nations. New year, new term!
We’re excited to welcome our students back to Beech Hall School Riyadh, ready to embrace new experiences. Last term was full of unforgettable moments and we can’t wait to see what this term brings!

We wish our pupils, families and staff a joyful start to 2026. As we welcome the new term, we`re excited for more learning and shared moments together. Here`s to a year full of growth and achievements!
It’s been a memorable term at BHSR! Our auditorium has been alive with energy, hosting pupils from across the school as they took to the stage to perform and celebrate their achievements.
From the youngest learners to our senior students, every year group brought their talent and enthusiasm, filling the space with excitement and pride. A huge thank you to our pupils, teachers and families for making each performance so special. We can’t wait for more moments on stage in the term ahead!
Dr Reham Elshamy, Head of Secondary and James Hobby, Head of Experience and Progress, took a moment to enjoy the incredible artwork created by our pupils last term. Every piece tells a story, showcases creativity, and reflects the imagination and hard work of our students.
It’s always inspiring to see our students ideas come to life and to share in their achievements!

Wishing our pupils, families and staff a joyful festive season filled with special moments. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for another term of learning and fun!
As the year comes to a close, we are looking back at the important moments that shaped our days. From focused learning to shared smiles and thoughtful conversations, these everyday experiences sit at the heart of learning at BHSR.
Our Grade 1-3 pupils took to the stage in their Winter Show, wearing costumes from around the world, singing, dancing and playing banjos. Watching them perform and speak confidently in front of an audience was a reminder of how much they ve grown this term.
Supported by teachers and cheered on by families, it was a special moment to pause and appreciate their courage and the joy of sharing their performances together.
Our Primary Winter Show brought together Grades 4-6 for a wonderful celebration of music, performance and creativity. Students sang, danced and played instruments, sharing their hard work and energy with teachers, families and friends.
One standout moment came from Grade 4, who took the audience to Egypt with a musical performance inspired by Umm Kulthum. Using everyday items like rubbish bins, brooms and spoons, they transformed safe objects into instruments, creating rhythm and sound that complemented the piece beautifully.
